SONOSITE EMED ULTRASOUND COURSE FOR BEGINNERS

This will be an interactive one day course comprising an introductory lecture followed by 5 modules comprising FAST scanning, Vascular Access, AAA, Lung and Cardiac scanning. Each module will have a short lecture/demonstration followed by hands on scanning. We will endeavour to cover other POC ultrasound at request if time permits.
We hope to help clinicians new to ultrasound understand how this modality can help them in their daily practice, particularly those in remote areas. There will be a ratio of 3-4 delegates per faculty member and you will get a chance to learn from all the faculty members through the day.
Numbers are limited to a maximum of 20 delegates

This course provides 6 CPD credits for full attendance in accordance with the CPD scheme of the Royal College of Radiologists.
